Katia began her career at The Colonnade Hotel, where she developed a strong foundation in luxury hospitality, before going on to serve as Restaurant Manager at Atlantic Fish in Boston. From there, she led the concierge program at Bozzuto Group as Director of Concierge Services, where she drove training initiatives, elevated service standards, and built a culture centered on professionalism and exceptional resident care.

Katia is passionate about delivering outstanding resident experiences while fostering a positive and supportive workplace at Highbridge. Katia is a Boston native and graduate of Fisher College.
