Management Team

Patrick J. Knight is the founder of Highbridge Concierge. With more than 20 years of senior management experience providing services at premium Boston properties, he has addressed every facet of concierge operations.

He has managed a staff of more than 200 concierge members at some of Boston’s most-coveted addresses – consistently developing teams dedicated to meeting the unique needs of each property. Most importantly, Knight delivers the accountability clients and management boards require and the outstanding service residents and customers covet – as validated by a 98% retention rate achieved during his career.

Rafek Yosafzai is a Senior Operations Manager who has spent his entire professional career in hospitality related roles. His primary focus is working with Highbridge’s evening and overnight concierge team. Rafek has worked with Patrick for over twenty years.

Andrew Morrissette is a Senior Operations Manager involved in all enterprise functions. He works closely with clients and team members to ensure a high level of service is consistently delivered across the entire Highbridge portfolio. Andrew has worked with Patrick for seven years.
