Management Team
Patrick J. Knight is the founder of Highbridge Concierge. With more than 30 years of senior management experience providing services at premium Boston properties, he has addressed every facet of concierge operations.
He has managed a staff of more than 200 concierge members at some of Boston’s most-coveted addresses – consistently developing teams dedicated to meeting the unique needs of each property. Most importantly, Patrick delivers the accountability clients and management boards require and the outstanding service residents and customers covet.
Daniel Stewart serves as the Director of Operations, overseeing all aspects of the Highbridge Concierge portfolio. He brings extensive leadership experience from some of the most prestigious residential properties in Boston. Prior to joining Highbridge, Daniel held senior leadership roles at Forbes Five-Star, AAA Five Diamond properties, including Director of Residences at Four Seasons One Dalton and General Manager of The Residences at Rowes Wharf.
With more than 16 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Daniel began his career with Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, where he held leadership positions at The Fairmont Washington, D.C., The Fairmont Kea Lani in Maui, and Fairmont Battery Wharf in Boston. In 2014, he transitioned into the management of luxury residential properties, serving as Assistant General Manager at Atelier 505 in Boston’s South End before moving on to Rowes Wharf.
Originally from Michigan, Daniel earned a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Business from Michigan State University. He takes enormous pride in delivering an exceptional residential experience and firmly believes that people are an organization’s most valuable asset.
Rafek Yosafzai is a Senior Operations Manager who has spent his entire professional career in hospitality related roles. His primary focus is working with Highbridge’s evening and overnight concierge team. Rafek has worked with Patrick for over twenty-five years.
Andrew Morrissette is a Senior Operations Manager involved in all enterprise functions. He works closely with clients and team members to ensure a high level of service is consistently delivered across the entire Highbridge portfolio. Andrew has worked with Patrick for over a decade.
Jocemyanda Colin is the Human Resources and Operations Coordinator who spent over five years in the luxury services and hospitality industry before joining Highbridge. She graduated from UMass Boston with a degree in Latin American and Iberian studies. Her primary focus is finding talented individuals to join our team. Jocemyanda has worked with Patrick for over two years.
Ishfaq Ahmed is the Operations Supervisor for the third-shift concierge staff. His goal is to ensure that both our team members and properties are well cared for during the late hours. He has worked with Patrick for four years.
