Job Responsibilities

We work closely with each client and customize staff responsibilities to meet specific needs. As a result, duties may vary based on location. The following list, however, describes the foundational OR core services provided by all Highbridge concierges:

  • Delivers superior customer service. 
  • Greets and acknowledges all residents and guests in a professional and helpful manner.
  • Projects a positive image in appearance, manner and disposition.
  • Develops an in-depth knowledge of local services, offerings and building amenities.
  • Maintains discretion, and adheres to all policies and procedures.
